Who we are

grantwritingconsultant.com (the “Site”) is operated by Angel Reyes Consulting LLC, operating as Subthesis (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you have questions about this policy, email angel@subthesis.com.

Information we receive

Hosting logs

The Site is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. GitHub uses this information to operate and secure its service. GitHub Pages does not give us access to these logs. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Search engine reports

We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to understand how the Site appears in search results. These services give us aggregated reports, such as which search queries led to the Site and how many impressions and clicks pages received. They do not place any code, cookies, or tracking on the Site, and the reports do not identify individual visitors. Google and Microsoft process search data under their own policies: the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you.

Information stored in your browser

The Proposal Builder automatically saves your draft in your browser’s local storage so you can return to it later. This draft never leaves your device, and we cannot see it. To delete it, click “Start Over” in the Proposal Builder or clear this Site’s data in your browser settings.

PDF exports are created entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded. The Grant Readiness Checklist does not save your answers at all; they are cleared when you leave or reload the page.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, social media pixels, or any other tracking technology. Because there is no tracking, browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have nothing to turn off; we honor them by default.

How we use and share information

We use the limited information described above only to operate the Site, understand its search performance, and respond to your messages. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, including subthesis.com, where you can enroll in The Complete Grant Architect course and request grant writing services. Those sites, along with social media platforms and government websites we link to, have their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover them, so please review their policies before sharing information with them.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. In the past 12 months, the only personal information we may have received is the contact information and message content in emails you sent us. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. To make a request, email angel@subthesis.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security and retention

The Site is served over HTTPS. We keep emails only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
